At BILLY Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back in its original BILLY box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
